Background Remover (the “app”) is developed by Ivan Beschetnikov. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
The app removes the background from your photos locally on your device using Apple’s Vision framework. Background Remover does NOT upload your photos or their contents to any server. All cut-out, background replacement and export happens on your device.
We may use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and crash reports so we can improve the app. This data does not personally identify you and is not used to track you across apps or websites.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
The Photos permission is used solely so you can pick an image to edit and save your exported result back to your library. Access is used only for the app’s on-device functionality; we do not read, index or upload the rest of your library.
Your settings and free-usage counters are stored locally on your device.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available at this address.

Удаление фона выполняется локально на вашем устройстве с помощью фреймворка Apple Vision. Приложение НЕ загружает ваши фотографии или их содержимое на серверы. Вырезка, замена фона и экспорт происходят на вашем устройстве.
Мы можем использовать Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance) для сбора обезличенной статистики использования и отчётов о сбоях, чтобы улучшать приложение. Эти данные не идентифицируют вас лично и не используются для отслеживания между приложениями.
Покупки обрабатываются Apple через App Store. Мы не получаем и не храним данные вашей платёжной карты.
Разрешение на доступ к фото используется только для того, чтобы вы могли выбрать изображение для обработки и сохранить готовый результат в галерею. Доступ применяется исключительно для работы приложения на устройстве; мы не читаем, не индексируем и не загружаем остальную часть вашей медиатеки.
Ваши настройки и счётчики бесплатных экспортов хранятся локально на устройстве.
Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет и не собирает их данные осознанно.
